As part of the team lead by RMA (Redevelopment Management Associates) for the North Miami Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, GSH studio collaborated on the urban design visioning and redevelopment of the Intracoastal Mall into a vibrant mixed use development. The proposal enhances a close relationship with the water through new canals that create urban islands.
The visioning plan also proposes a public promenade with retail on ground floor on the canal edges, and a marina at the heart of project.
